Turned up on time, were courteous, efficient and just very good to deal with. Even though they were clearly very busy, I got excellent correspond via email, paid a deposit before full payment, organised a time to come and do the job, which was seamless. Absolute legends! Had a pesky old off-brand smoke alarm that was chirping all day and couldn't figure out how to unmount it to replace the battery. A few attempts resulted in it going off 😬 Since it was a small job, the team helped me unmount it over the phone free of charge! Very helpful and would highly recommend.

They were great with communication, provided a quote quickly and booked me in. The guys that came to do the actual job had all the info and drawings so knew what he was doing. Michael, the electrician, quickly located the problem in the meter box ( a defunct RCD), showed me what was wrong with it, replaced it and then tested several internal power points to ensure everything was working. He was pleasant and efficient. Just what we needed in the middle of moving house. We would use them again.
